    I bought a PCM/ECM from you for my son’s 2008 Cx-9 Mazda. I had a qualified mechanic install it, and to set it up. Car would not start. For reasons unknown to me. You would not issue me a RMA too take it back or offer me a refund. All I got from you was a run-around. So as far as I’m concerned you do not stand behind your product. I ended up putting my old PCM back into the car, and live with the issue. Then about a year or so later I seen an email from you where you were investigating the issue, but it wasn’t until after the time frame given for me to respond that I had received the email. (I was having computer problems receiving any emails)

    I live 150 miles +/- (one way) from the nearest Mazda dealership with a service center.
